Die Gebäude können in verschiedenen Detaillierungsgraden (Level of Detail, LoD) modelliert werden. Im 3D-Gebäudemodell LoD2 erfolgt die Modellierung der Gebäude mit standardisierten Dachformen wie z.B. einem Sattel- oder Walmdach.
