Das Thema zeigt sämtliche Bergbauberechtigungen, die nach Bundesberggesetz neu erteilt oder nach §149 aufrechterhalten worden sind und deren weitere Entwicklung. Folgende Angaben werden angezeigt: Berechtigungsart, Feldesname, Bodenschatz, Lage, Feldesgröße, Rechtsinhaber (bei Erlaubnissen und Bewilligungen den zuletzt bekannten Rechtsinhaber, bei Bergwerkseigentum den zuletzt im Berggrundbuch eingetragenen Eigentümer), sowie ggf. eine zeitliche Befristung. Komplexe Rechtsverhältnisse werden auf Anfrage bei der Bezirksregierung Arnsberg (siehe Kontakt) beauskunftet.
